Contest Rules ~

1. All giveaways open to US Residents in the contiguous 48 states who are 18+ years of age.
2. Entrants who have Twitter, Facebook and/or Pinterest accounts, are asked to follow Chic Luxuries. 
3. Potential winners will be sent an email and given 2 days to claim prize. Potential Winners are also listed on the Winners' page. If prize is not claimed within 2 days, an alternate will be selected and the process repeated. 
4. We do not share email addresses nor do we send newsletters. We only email contest winners.
5. Winners are selected at random, and therefore, may win multiple times. Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received. 
6. Confirmed winners are listed on our Winners' page.
7. Entrant agrees to have their name and twitter id published on our site in the event their name is drawn as a prize winner.
8. Most businesses will not ship to a PO Box and we cannot require them to do so. Winners must provide their street address.
9. Please allow 6 weeks for delivery of prize from sponsor. Winners who have not received their prize by this date are encouraged to email us and we will contact the sponsor.
10. Unless otherwise noted, entries are limited to one per household. Any entrant found attempting to manipulate the system by using multiple email addresses, names, postal addresses, twitter or facebook accounts will be disqualified.
