Traveling with Personal Trainer Food

Just popping in with a quick Personal Trainer Food update. I was traveling a few days this past week and the hotel didn't have a microwave so I went off the plan for breakfast. For lunch and dinner I preheated some of the chicken entrees in the microwave and added them to salads. The Breaded Chicken Patty is delicious over greens with a bit of ranch dressing as are the Zesty Chicken Strips ~ 

I'm actually enjoying the dandelion tea which I didn't think I would like. Having a hard time getting in my exercise in this freezing cold weather though. Still, I managed to lose 1.2 lbs. this week. YAY! Thanks Personal Trainer Food!!!
