WOW, time is flying by! Just finished up my final week with Personal Trainer Food. Due to the blizzard a few weeks ago and FedEx delaying delivery of my order, I didn't complete a full 28 days as I had to discard some of the entrees that had begun to melt. The generous PTF team offered to replace the meals, but since it was difficult to ascertain which entrees were questionable until they were opened, I declined. Nonetheless, it was so kind of them to offer. Even though I didn't follow the plan as intended, I'm happy with my results and thought I'd share what I liked best about this program.
- For those just starting out on a weight loss journey, you don't have to kill yourself working out on this plan. The creators of the program believe dieting is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise.
- The Buffalo Ranch Chicken Stix ~ Actually, I enjoyed all of the chicken entrees, but the Buffalo Stix were over-the-top delicious. I think I could have these every day for lunch and not get bored. Whether cut up and added to salad greens or served up with a little blue cheese dressing, celery and carrots sticks, they are simply FABULOUS. They also make a perfect low-cal appetizer to share.
- Lastly, you can't beat the convenience of having healthy meals delivered to your door and ready in two minutes. In additional to anyone wanting to lose weight, Personal Trainer Food is ideal for those with a busy schedule, anyone who works in an office or school and chooses to have lunch in, and those who, like me, are cooking challenged.
I lost 1.6 lbs. this week for a total of 2.8 lbs. My body seems to be most comfortable in the 137 lb. range so I'm looking forward to now entering the maintenance phase of my weight loss journey. Many thanks to the team at Personal Trainer Food for helping me get back on track and to everyone who has been following my journey and encouraging me along the way. xo
