I had the pleasure of meeting Marianne Phillips (Missy), owner of Just Vinyl LLC, and her daughter Jennifer this weekend. This family-owned business cleans and replaces PGT eze-breeze® and Vinyl-Tech vinyl window systems. Missy took over the business in 2012 when it had just 25 customers. Now 5 years later her business is booming with 250+ customers throughout the Delmarva area. 

I adore my screened-in porch but the vinyl windows had become very cloudy and covered in dirt. Over the winter one of the panels had fallen out and I had a difficult time getting it back in so I didn't want to tackle this job on my own. Missy and Jennifer, arrived promptly at my home and immediately went to work. The process starts with cleaning the screens with a long-handled brush. 

The vinyl windows are then removed. While Missy is painstakingly cleaning the crevices of each track, Jennifer is cleaning the windows first with water to remove the heavy dirt, then with Murphy's Oil Soap and a micro-fiber cloth. The windows are then rinsed and left to dry on a custom-made rack. 

PGT Vinyl Cleaner and Preserver is then applied to protect the windows from sun and weather abuse while silicone is being applied to the tracks for ease of operation. All hardware is checked, and repaired as needed, before reinstalling the windows. Approximately 3.5 hours later...voila...sparkling clean windows!

YAY! I can see clearly again! Missy and Jennifer were thorough, efficient, pleasant and professional; and the results far exceeded my expectations. The difference is night and day and even more dramatic in person. Pricing varies depending on the height and width of the windows; the cost to clean a door, for example, is $27.
