Starting Week 64 with Nutrisystem



Well, hello week 64! If you're struggling with weight loss, even if it's the last 5 or 6 lbs. like someone I know ☺, it's important to stay positive. If last week's results aren't what you hoped they would be, tell yourself "today's a new day" and keep moving forward. Don't let that little voice of doubt get the better of you. Keep a list of all you have accomplished during your weight loss journey so you can refer to it at times when you need a "pick-me-up". Instead of beating yourself up, try the opposite. Treat yourself to something that makes you happy ~ an afternoon at the beach, a fun new nail polish on your toes, a day trip to somewhere you've never been. Or how about all three? Stick your freshly polished toes in the sand at a beach you've never been! ☺☺☺


Add more variety to powerfuels, smart carbs, flex meals and entrees. Change things up if things aren't working. Each time Nutrisystem comes out with a new entree, I try and order it. Last week I had the Turkey Pot Pie Melt for the first time for lunch. Very yummy, just 200 calories, and 12 grams of protein!



I lost 1 lb. last week for a total of 44.6 lbs.
