I'm moving in a few weeks and busy packing. Took a break on Friday to walk the boardwalk and beach, it's a great way to get in some exercise and fresh air. I especially love the beach at this time of year and the weather this past week was glorious. Something about the salt air and waves that takes away the stress. ~
After last week's post, the NSNation team reached out with a couple of tips. One was on the weeks that I am exercising heavily, I may need to increase calories to avoid having my body go into starvation mode. This has been a problem for me for years. Before Nutrisystem, I would eat breakfast, then not eat again until dinner which was often a calorie-packed fast food meal. I'm finding it tricky to know what the right balance is for my body, but I'm open to experimenting until I figure it out. Even after 29 weeks on the plan, I'm still learning and I love that they care enough to reach out and offer advice.
