Week 13 is here and so is summer! While I spent most of the winter indoors hiding from the world, I'm spending more and more time outdoors while on this journey. I'm also trying to stay on track in between all the summer get-togethers which always involve a variety of tempting foods.
Nutrisystem includes an Eating Out Guide with your first order which is filled with tips and smart choices. While some have reported the weight is falling off of them, my lbs. are a bit more stubborn. I've worked hard to shed each and every pound so I'm now super conscious about calories especially when eating out. This past week I chose coleslaw over fries at one restaurant and passed entirely on the chips at one of my fave local eateries, Paradise Grill. That may not sound like much, but for me, it is HUGE! I also passed on the sugary frozen drinks and had water with lemon instead. If you're looking for low-cal frozen drink recipes, I found this on Nutrisystem's The Leaf ~
