I found I was hungry for the first time all week but I chose to stick to the plan and reach out to my Nutrisystem counselor. Jaclyn suggested I try selecting powerfuels and smartcarbs that are higher in protein and fiber because they will be more filling. For example: eggs, lean meats, protein shakes, apples, bananas, high fiber bread and beans. I love that Nutrisystem Counselors are available via email and phone whenever questions pop up.
Speaking of high protein and fiber foods, this week's fave is the Nutrisystem Honey Wheat Bagel which I tried for the first time. I'm pretty persnickety when it comes to bagels so I really didn't think I would like this, but it has such high reviews that I decided to include it in my last order. I toasted it and added a bit of fat-free Veggie Cream Cheese. The honey flavor combined with the cream cheese was FANTASTIC. I never thought I would be able to include bagels while trying to lose weight. I will be adding several of these babies to my next order.

Down .4 lbs. this week, was hoping for more, but I'm happy the scale has consistently moved downward during these past 10 weeks for a total of 16.6 lbs. lost so far. Two more weeks to go and then I get to do it again. YAY!!!!! Who ever thought I would enjoy a weight loss plan this much?? ☺
