I'm LOVING Nutrisystem! Week 2 included pizza, cake and waffles and it sure didn't feel like I was on a weight-loss program. I was nervous all week though that I would gain back the 6 lbs. I lost because it seemed like I was eating much more than I typically do and definitely more often.
To help me stay on track, I started using NuMi which is a weight-loss tracking tool. Simply enter the meals, snacks and beverages that you have each day, along with your activity, and NuMi will keep track of how many calories you have consumed and burned. I find entering a daily activity each day gives me the push I need to step away from the computer and get moving and helps keep me accountable. I've started riding my stationary or outdoor bike at least 25 minutes a day. Now that the weather is warming up, I'm looking forward to riding to the bay more often.
I enjoyed so many of the meals and snacks this past week that it is hard to select just one as my favorite. There were also too many to list here so I'll save some for next week's post. Here are a few of my top picks from this past week ~

The average weight loss on the Nutrisystem plan is 1-2 lbs. per week. Okay, it's time to step on the scale ~
Down 1.4 lbs. for a total of 7.6 lbs. in 2 weeks. Happy to see the scale continued to move in the right direction this week.
