Althea Harper DIY Fashion Tutorial with Rowenta

Rowenta, the official garment care sponsor of New York Fashion Week, has teamed up with Fashion Designer and Project Runway Alumnus, Althea Harper.

Althea has created a tutorial video to illustrate how to turn a plain black tank top into a chic Peplum Shirt. As Brand Ambassador for Rowenta, Althea demonstrates the powerful steam action of the Rowenta Pro Master 1700 Iron. In this step-by-step tutorial, you'll see most of the steps to create the peplum shirt were completed using only stitch witchery and the Pro Master!

I normally have a challenge getting all the creases out of my clothes, but not so with this iron. The Rowenta Pro Master is hot hOt HOT stuff! It leaves clothes crisp and looking like they just came from the dry cleaners. The Pro Master stainless steel microsteam 400 soleplate delivers a powerful shot of steam to smooth and eliminate stubborn creases even in hard to reach places and on thick fabrics. Vertical steam removes creases from hanging suits and draperies too! Made in Germany, the 1700-watt iron glides easily and has an anti-drip feature to prevent water stains on fabrics.

How many times have you left the house and worried that you left the iron on? If you're like me, too many! With the Pro Master's 3-way smart auto-off system, you can relax. The iron will automatically shut off after 8 minutes if left on its heel and after 30 seconds if left on its side or the board. Suggested retail is $125. A store locator is available at RowentaUSA.com. Connect with Rowenta USA on Facebook and Twitter.
