Holiday Decorating with Colonial Candle

I often hear friends say they are not crafty so I thought I'd demonstrate how easy it is to create a holiday centerpiece using candles and a few items you likely already have around the house. We created three different looks and choose Colonial Candle because their aromas are intoxicating, the highly-scented candles burn cleanly and evenly, and they have a large selection of scents and styles from which to choose.

For this elegant centerpiece we used a gold basket decorated with one strand of beaded garland, and 4 and 6" pillar candles, and oval glass votives in Scarlet Amaryllis and Turbinado and Cream and voila ~

For a simpler, outdoorsy look, we decorated a square boxwood wreath with white berry garland and placed the 4 and 6" pillars and oval votive in Turbinado and Cream on a lucite stand to give them some added height. 

For a buffet arrangement or table centerpiece, we set a cake stand in the center of a colorful ornament wreath, and again used the 4 and 6" Colonial Candle pillars, and the oval votive in Turbinado and Cream. A few loose mini ornaments complete the look. This would also look beautiful with the Joyful Noel pillars in red.

Each centerpiece took about 3 minutes to pull together and the look can be changed with each season. If you haven't experienced Colonial Candles scents, I highly recommend them. I have a slight addiction to Turbinado and Cream! I'm pretty sure its sweet and sugary notes of cinnamon, creamy buttermilk and caramel are going to sell my home!
