PharmaSkincare Review and Giveaway

It's been awhile since we featured PharmaSkincare so it was a pleasant surprise when we heard from them. PharmaSkincare Nutrient Makeup features nature's most enriching botanicals, vitamins, alpha hydroxy acids and essential oils. 

They sent us a beautiful gift box filled with their Anti-Aging Nutrient Make-up to try! First up was the Foundation ~

Creme Beige which was a true color match to the web image. This is a thick liquid foundation which comes in a tube. I mixed it with a bit of moisturizer because my skin is dry and it was difficult to blend on my skin, although it did provide good coverage. Available in 13 shades, it retails for $30.



Eye Brightener ~

PharmaSkincare Nutrient Makeup is designed to nourish, refine, balance and energize the skin to ensure improvement of skin condition, feel and appearance. This product was easy to blend and seemed to have little light-diffusing particles so my dark circles didn't look as prominent. A .33-oz tube retails for $40.


Mascara ~

Formulated to darken, thicken and lengthen lashes. Every now and then I have an urge to wear blue mascara, but at my age I have to be careful as some are too bright. The Indigo shade is perfect for me as it is a deep midnight blue, even darker than appears in the photo. I love how it separated my lashes. Also available in Sabel, Mahogany, and Henna. For just a touch of blue, apply Sabel and then Indigo just on the tips of lashes. $22.50.



Blush ~

This arrived in a pretty brushed silver compact with mirror, but the Carnation Pink color looked much lighter than it appears in the picture. I thought it would be way too light for my complexion and not a good match for my coloring. Funny thing, when I applied it, it was almost identical to the image and the color was perfect for me. It went on smooth, provided long-lasting color and was my favorite product of those we tried. $30


Lip Gloss ~

I often wear two shades of lip gloss. A trick I learned years ago is to apply a bit of the lighter shade to the center of the lower lip to create a fuller, pouty look. We tried 0200LG {upper right} 0501LG {lower right} which were beautiful together. The lighter shade can also be applied over lipstick. Available in ten shades in a sleek container with brush applicator. $22.50 each.
