Sweet Tomatoes Review and Giveaway

The Mandarin Tossed Spinach Salad with Caramelized Walnuts was juicy and refreshing and the caramelized walnuts HEAVENLY! The Wonton Chicken Happiness is perfectly named ~ crunchy, flavorful little bites of happiness. Although I intended to try every item on the featured menu, I have to be honest the Thai Chicken Peanut Foccacia didn't sound like something I would like. Turns out it was my favorite! It reminded me how important it is not to have pre-conceived notions and to keep an open mind when trying new things, whatever they may be. I loved the addiiton of fresh tomato slices in the Thai Chicken Peanut Foccacia, it was just the right blend of ingredients. The Asia menu will be featured through August 19. Greece September 1-14 and Mexico September 16-28. I will be back with my friends to try them all!

Parasol Gifting Event

Another of my favorite PR Reps contacted us to feature a really cool brand that we had heard about but never tried. Since I spend my summers at the pool and have just begun house-hunting in a seaside resort community, I jumped with excitement over the opportunity to review their clothing. They were gracious enough to let me choose my favorite style. After about an hour on their site daydreaming about all the places I would where their fabulous clothing, I finally decided on the Navy Sarong ~

Not only does the sarong protect your skin from damaging rays, it is versatile and the color is very slenderizing. It never fails when I step in the house from being in the pool, the doorbell rings. Gallery Direct: Art for EVERY Room

One room that tends to get overlooked when decorating is the bathroom, yet it is a room in which many of us spend hours relaxing. This stock photo can be transformed into a canvas, framed or mounted on acrylic. I thought about ordering this as a gallery-wrapped canvas because I love the 3-dimensional look, but I wanted to illustrate another framing option, acrylic mounting, that we haven't featured before. I'm so happy with the way it turned out using the acrylic mounting option. The image is transferred right onto the acrylic which looks way cool!

It hangs from the four spacers, one in each corner, this requires drilling four precise holes. I decided to hold off on hanging it until I could get someone who could do that without destroying the wall as I would surely do had I attempted it myself. I actually think I prefer having this particular piece at eye level because it is so relaxing to look at when taking a bubble bath so I was happy it could also be placed on the bathtub ledge {or on the windowsill}. It adds a cozy warmth and tranquility to the room. It would be lovely in a day spa or salon also. It is available in small, medium and large. I chose medium which measures 24x22" and retails for $287.
