Michael Angelo's Review and Giveaway

The folks at Michael Angelo's sent me coupons to try a few of their meals. I'm not much of a cook, but I sure can work a microwave! It was hard to choose because they all sounded so yummy. I finally selected ~

Eggplant Parmesan ~ made with Freshly-Cut Eggplant, Imported Parmesan and Romano Cheeses and Vine-Ripened Tomatoes

Meat Lasagna ~ with Imported Pecorino Romano Cheese and Vine-Ripened Tomatoes ~

Baked Ziti and Meatballs ~ with Italian-style all-beef Meatballs, premium Mozzarella, Pecorino and Romano Cheeses

I first tried Michael Angelo's years ago when I was babysitting for my friend's children and wanted to give them something healthier than fast food for dinner. I remember thinking "WOW! This doesn't taste anything like a frozen dinner!" Even today, I cannot get over how fresh, homemade and delicious Michael Angelo's meals taste. I love the convenience too, pop in the microwave for 5-7 minutes for the individual portions and voila dinner is served. Pair with a side salad and maybe some warm italian bread and enjoy.

Michael Angelo's also offers Chicken dishes (Parmesan, Alfredo and Piccata) as well as Seafood (Shrimp Scampi) and Fish (Stuffed Tilapia). I was hoping to try the Chicken Piccata and Shrimp Scampi but none of the three grocery stores I went to had either in stock.{Note to grocery chains: you're losing sales if not carrying ALL of Michael Angelo's meals}.
